I have had the opportunity to work as a sessional lecturer for the past three years (2020 – 2023). In my work as an instructor, I am focused on providing the following for my students:
- Lowered anxiety in the classroom and improved self-efficacy
- An individualized experience that takes their personal experiences and strengths into account
- An active and fun learning environment
